岗位职责
1、根据所负责客户需求提交年度销售计划和三个月滚动出口计划及每月实际出口统计。
2、根据所负责客户销售情况提交三个月滚动回款计划。
3、参与展会参展,市场信息收集,市场开拓,市场分析及销售定价等。
4、负责老客户维护及订单管理,产品报价,合同评审,合同签订,生产安排,质量投诉处理。
5、负责新客户联络开发,产品指标确认,产品报价,样品安排,订单评审,业务洽谈及跟踪等。
6、负责客户来访接待安排,客户审核,客户拜访及客情关系维护管理。
7、负责客户售后服务工作,客户满意度调查,组织实施改善提升。
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历,国际贸易、市场营销、商务英语等专业;
2、具备优秀的外语沟通能力,英语能力强,兼懂韩语优先;
3、3年以上销售和出口业务经验,具备化工产品外贸出口经验优先;
4、熟悉国际贸易知识,掌握出口业务流程及专业知识;
5、具备优秀的营销能力、市场开发能力和谈判能力;
6、工作积极主动,有较强的进取心;
7、品行端正,具备良好的职业操守,责任心强,有敬业精神。

Qualifications:

3. At least 3 years experience in sales and export, experience in export of Chemical Products is preferred;
4. Familiar with international trade knowledge, export business process and professional knowledge;
